For our Gordon Street project, our interstate investment client tasked us with updating his existing investment property to achieve a greater rental return.
Our qualified building team completed a cosmetic makeover which included removal of a dividing wall to open up the living space in line with a more modern layout, a newly designed large kitchen area, built in wardrobes and upgraded lighting.
We completed this project with new vinyl plank flooring, an internal repaint to freshen up the space and installation of external window hoods a new picket fence and some basic landscaping to provide the property with more street appeal.
