Our Inwood Street project is located in Wooloowin, Brisbane.

Recommended to us by their property manager, our Inwood Street clients reached out to our team to assist with a renovation to their run down workers cottage to get it fit for renting.
This project required us to stay within character of the property and we started off by having to replace the entire subfloor to the living/dining/kitchen area due to an advanced state of decay.
Following these structural works, we brought this beautiful property back to life by installing a new kitchen, painting the interior and polishing the floorboards. We also had to upgrade the outdated plumbing system and completed a partial bathroom makeover.
