This project was an extensive renovation to a run down character Queenslander property. Purchased as an investment property, the owners were referred to us by their buyers agent and engaged our team promptly after settlement for a complete makeover.
Whilst we completed a full renovation on the inside, which included a custom-made laminated kitchen with stone benchtops, a bathroom renovation, polishing of the floorboards and a full internal paint, this time our team was mostly challenged by the works required to the external stairs – they were completely missing!
Our team completed a full rebuilt of the front stairs in character of the home including all required engineering and certification ensuring the right approvals were in place so as to avoid any issues in the future.

This project from start to finish was completed within 2 ½ months.
